How to Eat Well on a Budget

Eating healthy can seem expensive, but its not! Every day, I am reminded to be grateful for deals that become available on organic food. Aldi's has started to incorporate organic food. Trader Joes has a sustainable collection of organic food. Be open to buying produce when they are on sale. Safeway has a way of putting the organic produce on sale, on rotation. And who says you have to buy everything organic? If trying to eat clean while saving money, check out the EWG's (Environmental Working Group) list of dirty dozen and clean fifteen!
