One misconception ... 

is how expensive it is to buy organic food. While there are grocery stores and local health food markets that offer organic food at prices that may be a out of one’s comfort zone; here are some tips and advice to incorporate a healthier way of eating that won’t break the bank.

Trader Joes

A great grocery store as a one stop shop is Trader Joe’s, some people believe Trader Joe’s to be an alternative grocery store that isn’t affordable but that is far from the truth. They offer items such as organic chicken at 1.99-2.99 a pound, packs of organic tomatoes (4 to 5) for around $3.49, 2 hearts of organic celery for around $2.19, organic carrots at 89 cents for a 1lb bag, organic peanut butter at $3.49, bags of organic pears and apples (2 pounds) at 2.99 and many other great, healthy and delicious items worth checking for.
