I was recently in Cambodia, shadowing a great Chiropractor , when I noticed, there was a pattern to the types of patients he was seeing. If I were to give a rough estimate, I'd say that over 75% of his patients were experiencing pain from daily postural problems and level of inactivity. Inactivity is a great problem we face today, as most of us are working hard to achieve our dreams on our computer. If not on a computer, perhaps working a job which requires long hours of of standing, without the proper shoe support. Here's the problem we all face, if working on a computer:

Eating healthy can seem expensive, but its not! Every day, I am reminded to be grateful for deals that become available on organic food. Aldi's has started to incorporate organic food. Trader Joes has a sustainable collection of organic food. Be open to buying produce when they are on sale. Safeway has a way of putting the organic produce on sale, on rotation. And who says you have to buy everything organic? If trying to eat clean while saving money, check out the EWG's (Environmental Working Group) list of dirty dozen and clean fifteen!

You can also save money by buying less coffee outside, and making your own, bringing them in your thermos. Or if you're an avid tea drinker like me, choose to make loose leaf tea's at home and bringing them in a thermos either hot or chilled.
